We are considering changing the platforms we currently use to communicate to parents/carers to a new system called Weduc. Many schools in the area are using this new method of communication as it links everything together. Families will still need to use ParentPay but it will mean we will no longer use the OurSchoolApp system that we currently have.
This is very early stages and no decisions will be made until we participate in a demo during the school holidays. If we decide to move across it will be during September and all parents/carers who need access to it will be given an access code via their main email address. Until we inform otherwise can all families continue to access OurSchoolApp.
Therefore, please can you provide us with your main email address using the link below (many families have more than one on our system so only provide the one you want an access code sent to). We would strongly encourage you to provide one email each per parent/carer – especially if you are separated. This ensures continuity between families.
