We are moving to a cashless system for the payment of Breakfast Club and Dinner Money ONLY. We have spent several weeks ensuring it is set up and operating the system and hope this can go live without any ‘hiccups!’. For anyone who already has a ParentPay account, you cannot log in and make payments until you receive your unique activation code. These codes will be provided to all children tomorrow. Once you have your code please follow the instructions to set up your account.
If you do not have a ParentPay account, please follow the instructions in the letter on how to set one up, then activate it using your unique code.
Payment of clubs, trips and fund will still be taken in school. We aim to move to a completely cashless system, but not for the foreseeable future.
Please be patient during the early implementation of this system, and if you experience any problems please do get in touch.
It is ever more important now that you ensure you give the notice period to move between meal arrangements, if you have not informed us, your account will be charged.
The system is going live from tomorrow. This means you can start making payments into your account as soon as you have activated it. We will continue to take payment for breakfast club and dinner money by cash and cheques until Friday 14th December. After this date you must use ParentPay for breakfast club and dinner.
If your child is on packed lunches, you still need to create and activate an account, this is to ensure you can pay for ‘special’ dinner days i.e. Christmas, Special Persons Day etc.
