As we now only have one day to go before we close for the festive period, we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the their support and kindness this year, especially in this last few weeks when school events and collections have been in abundance. We appreciate that families are very busy at this time of year, so seeing so many of you attend events and/or sending in money and gifts for charity is truly amazing. We cannot thank you enough.
Please stay safe this Christmas time and enjoy it, in whatever you do. We hope families and friends, from near or far, are able to come together to make this a special time for you and your children. We look forward to seeing everyone in January, with tales of their holidays.
Reminders for tomorrow…
Christmas Carols with Breakfast Club – Any children who would like to come to Breakfast Club tomorrow to be part of the Christmas Carols with Mrs Armstrong and Mrs Telford can do so from 7.45 a.m. Staff will join the children in singing carols, they will have access to the usual breakfast (including our famous sausage sandwiches) as well as hot chocolate and marshmallows. The cost is £2.50 and is payable on ParentPay.
Brass band coffee morning from 9.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. – All band members will be part of this, but it is especially important for the new members who only joined this year. We want our new members to show off how wonderful they are and how well they have progressed. We hope many parents/carers are free to come along and watch the children, the more the merrier so please pop in.
Non Uniform Day – Tomorrow children can come to school in non uniform for a £1 school fund fine (this is to be brought into school tomorrow). Please ensure you have paid any money owed on ParentPay, there are still 35 families who need to do this.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all from all the Staff and Governors of our wonderful school. School re-opens on Monday 7th January at 7.45 a.m. for those who attend breakfast club.
